Well It depends on 'what' one refers to as being 'wise'.
A wise person is one who knows how to manage his time, his resources, his affairs and others well. A wise person is also one who can get along well with anybody.
Now what the world terms as being wise, albeit its agreement with the above mentioned statement, is entirely different. Wisdom as most of us know is from God. But if we are not careful, what the world terms as wisdom can subtly lead us to fall into the trap of manipulation.
Many are led to believe that in order to manage people, resources or time, they have to 'be nice' to people. So they will normally tend to make use of people by being very obliging to them when they need them and disregard them when they are of no more use to them.
Let us say Tom needs help from Simon. He will buy expensive gifts for Simon to impress him. He will seem to like what Simon likes, eat what he eats, go where he goes and even worship whomever or whatever he worships. Once Tom's need has been met, and if he does not need any more services from Simon, he will immediately change his tune. The way he will now respond to Simon will be different. He may even begin to shun Simon. Here Tom has been manipulative in his dealings with Simon and he considers himself as being wise.
Some use fear as a tool to manage their affairs. For example, I know of someone who gets her way and her work done by instilling fear in her subordinates. This too is manipulation though she may think otherwise.
What then is being wise? Loving the other person as you would love yourself is the key to real wisdom. When you have love within you and when you begin to exercise unconditional love, then the Author of Love will reside within you and fill you with His Wisdom. True wisdom is focusing on God and doing what He wants you to do. Only then, I believe, you will be wise and not otherwise.
Blessings

A Message to all my loved ones far and near.
Dear loved ones,
This is a message in fact a commission from our Father Almighty, which I received on the morning of the 16th of June 2012. He has asked me to tell all of you the following. In fact this is not from me but I am just obeying Him. It may sound ridiculous, but it is from Him.
I asked Him this, "Father what should I do to help all my loved ones to be in heaven?"
This was His instant answer:-
" Everyone is lax. Tell them to wake up from their slumber and seek Me genuinely with all their heart, mind & soul. Tell each one of them to repent of their sins. Then I will make Our abode in them. The end days are here. I want them to be with Me in heaven. I will do anything to get them to heaven. If they do not seek me now, I will shake them up and get their attention. They will have to suffer a lot when I do that, but that is a small price to pay, compared to hell fire. To avoid that, tell them to seek me soon and enter into My presence. Tell them to bring all their loved ones with them daily into My presence. I commission you to go and tell them this. If they do not listen, they will suffer the consequences. Go now."
My dear loved ones I have been praying for each one of you everyday and I am just a messenger, bringing to you what our Daddy wants to tell you.
Please seek Him now, repent of every smallest offence against Him or anyone on earth and ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit and let us all be prepared for His coming.
God bless you all with His peace.

Doing the 'Right Thing'
We all desire to do the right thing always, but, at times we don't feel like doing those things. Let me give a few examples of some of the things I desire to do but don't feel like doing at times.
1. To be the best employee.
2. To help out those who are in need.
3. To pray at all times for everyone.
I am given numerous opportunities to do all these daily. Yet I don't feel like doing them at times.
Lately I have been examining myself. Therefore I have come to a wonderful realization and a conclusion. It is as follows:-
1. We should never rely on our feelings because feelings are temporary and fleeting. Doing the right things when we feel like doing them and not doing them when we don't feel like it are not right. I see it this way, if I feel 'Shiok' doing something like helping someone in need or even going to work, I take that feeling, that sense of pleasure as a gift from God. I thank Him for that feeling of pleasure. If I don't get pleasure out of it, I just offer what I do, to God Almighty as my humble gift to Him.
2. We must be one with God at all times and only then will we know what He wants us to do every step of the way. Our ways and our thoughts are not the same as God's. God sees a bigger picture and He knows what lies ahead. Therefore we must submit to Him and do our duties with utter diligence and He will reward us. but first we must spend time alone with our Creator daily. He is our energizer and our sustainer. We will be nothing without Him! Therefore we must always be humble and thankful to God.
3. We must have unconditional love for everyone. We love our own children and family members unconditionally right? When we show the same love towards others and towards our jobs, then and only then will we be able to serve and be the best that we can be.
This unconditional and unselfish love was demonstrated to us by only one person in the whole of the history of humanity. Yes, by Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, who became a man, who lived as a man, suffered every temptation and suffering every man, woman and child on this earth could ever suffer and died a humiliating death on the cross for our sake, taking all our sins upon Himself. He is the only One who showed us what unconditional love is. Now, He has risen victoriously and is seated at the right hand of God Almighty interceding for each one of us who would believe in Him, who would believe that He lived, died and rose again to save us and who would confess that He is our Lord and Saviour. Yes all we have to do is, trust in Him, believe in Him, surrender ourselves to Him and ask Him humbly for strength to do His will in our lives. He will then be able to lead us safely on the green pastures.
Yes! Then we will be able to do all the 'Right Things' in our lives with ease.
